Returning to an in-person office has workers feeling stressed

More companies are adopting a hybrid or full return to in-person office work, and employees are adjusting to the work life they left behind when Covid lockdowns began.

Returning means for many that it’s time to readjust to long commutes, paying for child care, and interacting with coworkers face-to-face. But such routines have become more difficult two years later.
