A recent study has revealed that since the onset of the pandemic in 2020, the percentage of people working from home has increased from 5% to nearly 18% in just three years. Additionally, the percentage of individuals aged 25 to 34 working from home has risen by almost 10%, and there has also been an increase in the number of people from diverse racial backgrounds joining the remote workforce.
