New York Attorney General’s lawsuit against Amazon has been dismissed

The New York Court of Appeals has dismissed the New York Attorney General’s suit against Amazon. Letitia James filed the suit against Amazon, claiming that the company retaliated against workers who spoke out about unsafe conditions in its warehouses. One of these workers was Chris Smalls, a former Amazon employee who led the successful unionization effort on Staten Island last month.
