Pilot Flying J truck stop partners with Kodiak Robotics, suggesting plans to accommodate self-driving trucks


The popular truck stop operator Pilot Flying J has officially invested in the AI-focuses vehicle manufacturer Kodiak Robotics in a bid to begin accommodating self-driving trucks at its locations in the future. The truck stops, which sit off of major interstates across the country, are expecting to see more of these robot trucks as the industry continues to evolve.

Industry experts suspect that these autonomous trucks used for commercial purposes will likely be on the road before passenger cars are regularly made available to the public due to very predictable routes.
