West Africa struggles to keep Europe fueled

🛢 The European Union sanctioning Russian oil opens the door to West Africa.

While some may expect the Middle East to fill the gaping hole left by Russian oil, instead countries like Nigeria and Angola are struggling to fill it. Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have plenty of petroleum to spare but have refrained from sending any additional shipments to Europe.
