Frito-Lay is a brand of snacks and chips owned by PepsiCo, Inc. The company produces a variety of chips and snacks, including Lay's potato chips, Fritos corn chips, Doritos tortilla chips, Cheetos cheese snacks, and many others. Recently, the snack giant announced plans to release more than 700 EV delivery trucks by the end of the year, which will reduce emission costs by 7,052 metric tons of greenhouse gas, equivalent to taking almost 1,533 passenger cars off the road. However, Frito-Lay has not disclosed what type of vehicle will be used.
