PepsiCo Releases First ESG Report, Highlighting Sustainability and Diversity Goals


PepsiCo has published its inaugural ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) report, detailing the progress made under its pep+ initiative. The report outlines the company's commitment to sustainability, particularly in terms of packaging, with goals to achieve 100% recyclable packaging and 50% recycled content by 2025 and 2030, respectively. Additionally, PepsiCo aims to increase diversity in managerial positions, targeting 10% representation each for Black and Hispanic employees in the U.S. and striving for gender parity in leadership roles by 2025.
