Pet retailer Chewy expands automated warehouse network


Chewy, the pet supply retailer, is expanding its fulfillment center network.

The growth comes after soaring e-commerce demand encourages the company to open its third automated warehouse in Reno, Nevada. CEO Sumit Sing spoke on a Q2 earnings call about how more fulfillment centers are cutting the costs of shipping.
