Women in supply chain sector more likely to be in C-level positions at international firms

👩💼 International companies have been shown to be more likely to employ a woman in an upper-level corporate position than large or medium-sized companies.
In 2022, 19% of high-level positions are led by women, as compared to 15% in 2021. The number of women in the industry however is shrinking overall, dropping to 39% from the 41% noted in 2021.
