10% of global companies are connected to now U.S.-banned Xinjiang goods

🇨🇳 Any goods linked to the western Chinese region of Xinjiang are now banned from being imported to the United States, causing a ripple effect in the supply chain.

Due to the regularity of forced labor practiced in the region, The Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act has taken effect. Approximately 10% of global companies are tied to the region in some capacity, and the public should brace themselves for a major impact on the global economy.
