800 million additional square feet of warehouse will be needed in 2023

It is expected that capacity will catch up as we enter 2023, and 800 million additional square feet of space will be needed to accommodate the current growth. The predictions come from a research unit of Prologis Inc. which is focusing on the second-quarter activity.
