Back-to-school and college spending is expected to reach new records, driven by consumers seeking the best value and deals. Online sales, health and personal care stores, and electronics and appliance stores saw significant year-over-year growth, while the overall retail sales in June increased by 0.2% from May and 1.5% from the previous year.
