🇩🇰 Danish maritime data expects container shipping lines to begin a price war.

Due to the significant demand decrease after pandemic-driven highs, carriers are very aware that they have the ability to adjust capacity tactically. Carriers seem to have decided not to reduce capacity in response to demand shrinkage, despite that capacity was corrected to meet the decrease in demand previously. Alan Murphy, CEO of Sea-Intelligence, is pointing out that this is a conscious decision by the carriers.
