Illegally transported Louisiana modular home dragged through neighborhood

Sheriff’s deputies were called out to Louisiana’s Iberia parish, near Lafayette, at 3:30 am to respond to a 911 call reporting an illegal transport of a modular house. The sheriff’s statement says that they arrived at an abandoned truck, trailer, and house in the middle of the street.

The owner of the house, Tony Domingue, was apparently made aware previously that he could not transport the house without the proper permits. Police arrested Domingue and his accomplice, Nico Comeaux - they were held on a bond of $125,000 each.
