Pay isn’t everything, according to drivers ages 21-30

Higher pay isn’t the answer when it comes to hiring younger drivers. The American Transportation Research Institute has released research showing the new generation of drivers is looking for more in a carrier than a good paycheck.

Drivers aged 21 to 30 who were surveyed reported stability, work-life balance, and carrier benefits as some of the more important factors to consider when choosing an employer.
