As it turns out, a lot of the rest of the world might think that the United States has something to do with it… but you wouldn’t know that if you only browsed domestic news sources. Columbia University economist Jeffrey Sachs spilled the beans in a Bloomberg TV interview last week, advising that the rest of the world was seemingly “terrified”.
