Training schools are opening up to fill the technician labor shortage


The technician shortage has repair shops and fleets desperately looking for talent. Sourcing and retention bodies to work have been a sore spot for months, and its only expected to grow into a larger problem over the next several years.

So how is this problem resolved? One idea, the New Village Institute (NVI), a diesel and automotive training school, is taking the charge.
