$512.2 million federal grant infusion into nation’s bridge repairs


Truckers may smile a little about this: the Department of Transportation is granting over $500 million to road and bridge repairs across the country. This move will be bestowed upon 30 states with the Emergency Relief Program funds.

The majority of repairs will be due to recent climate-related disasters, such as floods and wildfires.
