🇿🇦 South Africa’s platinum reserves are in jeopardy.

Well-organized crime syndicates threaten the mines on a growing basis due to the supply of copper found there. With 80% of the world’s platinum reserves residing in South Africa, it’s a hotbed for theft. Copper is one of the main materials needed for electric car manufacturing, an industry growing rapidly on a global scale.
