Global shipping services are the key component to watch when evaluating international shipping costs


What shipping services are being offered today? That’s the question shippers need to ask when evaluating their global shipping network in the wake of challenging pandemic-riddled years. The global economy has taken many hits as supply chain disruptions nearly crippled the industry. Rising inflation has forced internationally traded goods to slow down as many companies look to lower costs. This is all in the face of increased shipping demand while more people stay home.

International shipping costs rely on the proxies of demand. Supply has not yet caught up with that increased demand, therefore leading to a significant impact on global shipping.
