🛏️ Overstock.com is now offering convenient customer returns with UPS.

Overstock CEO Jonathan Johnson unveiled the launch of the companies’ partnership on a Q4 earnings call last week, heralding the pilot program as an extremely convent process meant to streamline customer returns and better understand customer preferences on an internal business level. UPS CEO Carol Tomé also announced the launch on an earnings call and advised that the details of the program are not ready yet for public consumption, but the logistics company is excited about the project and being able to display what UP’s physical network and digital tools can do for Overstock.com customers.
