The company’s Tonic Fitness Technology facility in Taiwan has been responsible for manufacturing the equipment and will operate until the end of 2022. Peloton, which saw sky-rocketing sales amid the pandemic stay-at-home orders, recently laid off roughly 20% of its corporate workforce after its sales slumped. The company has also ceased operations of building a U.S.-based factory in Wood County, Ohio.
