Professional truck driver priorities: better equipment and increased compensation

🚛 Truckers have two main priorities according to a recent data release by PDA (People Focused, Data Driven): better equipment and increased compensation.

This data was acquired from thousands of phone calls with truck drivers over the second quarter of 2022, gathered in part to assist trucking companies to curb the massive amounts turnover with accurate suggestions and complaints. An increase in mechanical/breakdown issues seems to be a major culprit in the persistence of improved equipment.
