Smaller labor pool creates a recruitment race for the best talent

Logistics managers are on the hunt for talent to add to their companies, but the base for recruitment has grown tighter. Strategy is key for hiring staff; just “anyone” won’t fill the positions.

A recent “Talent and Labor Study” from Modern Materials Handling revealed that warehouse workers, transportation and logistics managers, warehouse managers, and supervisors are at their highest demand.
