Ocean carriers and industry experts are also cautiously monitoring the situation, with concerns over disruptions in the US and Eurozone markets affecting consumer confidence and creating a negative ripple effect. Softness in demand for equipment has led to declining container prices globally, indicating a disappointing revival of demand. Despite these challenges, some industry players still hold optimism for growth in the second half of the year, anticipating a delayed peak season.
